If you’re a big sausage fan, the Wurst Week at Bronwyn will be your new favorite week of the year. From Tuesday, June 12th through Sunday, June 17th chef Tim Wiechmann will be showcasing a different type of sausage every day–and his creativity knows no bounds. Some are seafood-based, while others feature poultry though purists can rest assured, there are familiar classics like currywurst and kielbasa and even a footlong in honor of Father’s Day.
