Friday, April 1st marks Bergamot’s sixth birthday and they’ll be reprising a dish from their original menu in celebration. It’s not a prank—guests can relive the early days of Bergamot with a fan favorite: plantain gnocchi. The pasta plate is served with black beans, avocado, piquillo peppers and chimichurri, and those with the inside dish can order the tasty throwback with off-menu chicharones.
