The team at Forage has your regularly scheduled dose of pre-pandemic-style dining – chef-owner Eric Cooper and co-owner/sommelier Stan Hilbert have mapped out this week’s wine dinner, highlighting a declassified Alsatian Grand Cru Pinot Noir. On Thursday, September 10th, they’ll be pairing a wine from Laurent Barth’s small-ish (4.5 hectares), organic and biodynamic vineyard with two five-course menus (one for meat-eaters and one for vegetarians), which you can enjoy at home or on their lovely new patio.
