A Taste of Spring at Mooo…

On Thursday, May 20th join the culinary masters at Mooo…. up on the roof deck at XV Beacon for an exquisite evening celebrating spring. This exclusive wine dinner begins at 6:00pm with a skyhigh reception full of rosé (sparkling and non) and light canapés, followed by an elegant three-course meal in their intimate wine cellar. Chef Elvis Moralez and team have designed a menu showcasing the bright, fresh flavors of the season paired with three gorgeous wines. Have a night filled with braised Vermont rabbit served with ricotta gnocchi, honey-carrot puree and English peas; grilled swordfish Provençal, along with strawberry shortcake parfait.
