A Chef-Filled Fundrasier

Fight food insecurity and have a fun night out at The Wellington on Monday, March 25th when chef Dante de Magistris hosts some of your favorite local chefs for The Wellington & Friends Cook for Spoonfuls.

Take a ride over to Belmont to try some bites from chefs Will Gilson (Puritan & Co., The Lexington, Geppetto), Cassie Piuma (Sarma), David Bazirgan (UNI), Tony Susi (Bar Enza), Colin Lynch (Bar Mezzana, The Black Lamb, Shore Leave), Suzana Samad (Butternut Bakehouse), Oscar Toro & Cristina Lopez (The Wellington), and Abel Huerta (Il Casale), who will have tables set up for a stroll-around casual snacking experience from 5:30 to 8:30pm.

The tastemakers are coming together to raise some funds for Spoonfuls (fka Lovin’ Spoonfuls), a non-profit powerhouse that works throughout New England to prevent food from going to waste then redistributes it to hungry people in need. Tickets cost $65 to $100, which includes all your food, and you can grab them here. Bring a few dollars for drinks from the cash bar if you want to add some sips to your snacks, and find out more about the important work Spoonfuls’ does by checking out their website or IG.
