2nd Annual Coturri Dinner at Oleana

In a repeat performance, chef Ana Sortun welcomes Tony Coturri of Sonoma’s Coturri Winery to Oleana on Monday, February 27th for a five-course meal served Turkish style. The dinner, which costs $85 per person, will pair Coturri’s full-flavored, organic red wines with dishes like spinach falafel with beets, yogurt and tahini; sweet potato kibbeh with tomato and brown butter; and sujuk – grilled beef and pork sausage with onions & sumac.
