Bi-Coastal Brewing Dinner at The Biltmore

In a marriage of both American coastlines, chef Dave Nevins celebrates regional ales from California’s North Coast Brewing at The Biltmore Bar & Grill’s upcoming beer dinner. Dishes like seared scallop with spring pea succotash and speck carpaccio with pickled ramps, roasted cherry pine nut relish, and balsamic honey will each be paired with a unique beer from Brewmaster Mark Ruedrich’s highly acclaimed brewery. The event takes place on Monday, May 19th at 7:00pm and costs $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
