It’s been a year since Geppetto opened at Cambridge Crossing – you can wish chef Will Gilson and his team a buon compleanno (that’s happy birthday in Italian, just fyi) over a fabulous dinner featuring the wines of Casina di Cornia.

Go ahead and reserve a spot here for the six-course Tuscan dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, November 1st, to enjoy your meal paired with pours from one of the region’s most darling estate producers nestled in the hills of Castellina in Chianti. Winery founder Anselmo Luginbühl will guide you through each sip, including his white, which rarely makes it to the US, Rosso IGT, Chianti Classico and two vintages of Chianti Classico Riserva only made during exceptional harvests, as you dig into courses of handmade pastas served family style.
