It’s your lucky day (and your second chance) to take a little bit of a European vacation — without using your air miles — on Wednesday, July 27th (rescheduled from its original June date) right on Newbury Street. Chef Kyle Wallace and the whole Sonsie squad have a fantastic four-course tasting menu planned with four European white wines to match. Tour around the continent from 6:30 to 8:30pm with courses like a take on Per Se’s “Oysters and Pearls,” which is a sabayon of pearl tapioca with Martha’s Vineyard oysters and Regiis Ova White Sturgeon caviar plus a glass of Austrian Grüner Veltliner, and Roasted Maine Lobster with Old Bay zabaglione, baby corn bisque, Chanterelle mushrooms, blue mussels and bronze fennel matched with a Spanish Albariño (check out the full menu below).
