The Smoke Shop in Kendall Square picked a rare day to celebrate a rare occasion—the release of Chef Andy Husbands’ and Will Salazar‘s newest cookbook, The Smoke Shop’s Backyard BBQ. They’re throwing a Leap Day cocktail party and barbecue to celebrate on Saturday, February 29th. Drop in from 2:00 to 5:00pm to meet the chefs, who will be doling out pro tips on hosting your own barbecue. Snag a cocktail during the drinks demo from Beverage Director Michael Boughton, and snack on passed apps straight from the pages of the book.
