Citizen Public House in the Fenway is famous not only as a well-seasoned watering hole before and after a trip to Fenway, but for its decadent pig roast, which usually requires a group of ten or more people and reservations long in advance. Don’t have nine friends who love pork as much as you? Not a problem anymore. On Tuesday, November 19th, Citizen is opening their doors for a giant pig roast and everyone’s invited. Come alone or bring your boo for a family-style feast featuring local oysters, clams, and shrimp cocktail to whet your appetite, followed by a fully-roasted pig broken down and served in more ways than you can shake a stick at. Tickets are $65 (including tax and gratuity), and if you’re feeling extra thirsty you can add on a flight of whiskey, beer, or wine to compliment your meal. Scope the details here, and don’t dally—the event is capped at 32 people, and everybody loves pork!
