Chef Corky Clark Scholarship Dinner

On Saturday, June 9th, Chef Jeremy Sewall is giving back to his alma mater, the Culinary Institute of America with a fundraising dinner benefiting the Corky Clark Community Service Scholarship. Tickets to the event are available at $175 for dinner and a VIP reception, or $125 for dinner, and will go towards the aforementioned scholarship, which is awarded to up and coming chef-students. Chat with the chefs in attendance before diving into Island Creek oysters, oak roasted bluefish, and lavender shortcake with chantilly cream.
