If you haven’t yet met burrata, Restaurant Week (aka Dine Out Boston) is your chance to get acquainted with a new favorite cheese. The creamy cousin to mozzarella makes its way to the prix fixe menus this month—paired with tomatoes, of course, but also with avocado, prosciutto and melon, grilled radicchio and even partnered with sweet fried dough and chili sugar. However you have it, it’s dairy good (sorry) so dine out below.
Central Bistro – Crispy fried fair sweet dough “elephant ear” with prosciutto di Parma, fresh burrata cheese and chili powdered sugar
Davio’s Foxborough – Proscuitto di Parma with melon, burrata and arugula
Marliave – Caprese with burrata cheese, tomatoes, basil, avocado and extra virgin olive oil
Sophia’s Grotto – Fresh Boston Cheese Cellar burrata with tomatoes, red onions and pesto
Tuscan Kitchen – House burrata with grilled radicchio, guanciale, citrus and ciabatta
