Craft breweries are barreling into Rosebud in celebration of the first week of spring. Each night of the week from Monday, March 21st to Saturday, March 26th, a representative from a different brewery will be at the Davis Square restaurant to chat brews and tap kegs. The lineup includes nearby beermakers like Jack’s Abby and Allagash, plus far-away folks like Boulevard Brewing and Firestone Walker. To complement the barrel-aged suds, chef John Delpha will serve up a beef short rib special with ancho chocolate mole and crumbled stilton. The reps will be on hand from 5:30-8:00pm each night—in addition to the featured brews, guests can choose from Rosebud’s draft offerings and 20+ bottled, barrel-aged beer from breweries like Mikkeller, Cascade and more.
