Dooley’s cross-cultural techniques and global pantry know-how shine through in courses like tangy marinated local fluke with kimchi vinagrette, cherry tomatoes amd nuoc cham, and grilled adobo rubbed swordfish with nectarines, pickled peppers and sesame chili oil. Your tastebuds will be delighted with each course.
