The Back Bay steakhouse-and-then-some is now selling a selection of their in-house aged and butchered steaks for at-home preparation. That means, with a little planning, you can soon sit down to your choice of choice cuts – filet, delmonico, sirloin and more (all of which come with Grill 23’s Beef Butter). There are also burgers, Rohan duck breasts, Colorado lamb chops and Strauss Farms veal as well as a lengthy list of beer and wine to choose from, too. They’re taking orders 24 hours in advance and it’s worth noting that these delicious meats are frozen and cryovaced to preserve quality and freshness so factor that into your plan (whether it’s getting dinner on the table or filling the freezer). You can call the restaurant directly at 617.542.2255 between 12:00 and 6:00pm. They’ll process your credit card payment on the phone and pack up your meats for pick-up the following day between 1:00 and 4:00pm. Just give the restaurant a ring when you arrive and they’ll bring it out to you.
