Meghan Thompson at SRV

SRV welcomes Meghan Thompson to their South End Venetian bacaro in the role of head pastry chef. Previously of Townsman and, before that, Steel & Rye, Thompson plans to oversee the SRV dessert menu with Italian-inspired confections and rotating seasonal gelatos. In addition to the sweets, she’ll showcase her pastry skills with a bread program using house-milled flour. Head over to welcome the chef and see what she has in store.
