Stefan Jarausch Takes Over at Top of the Hub

Top of the Hub has a new Executive Chef – Stefan Jarausch has taken over culinary operations at the historic Back Bay restaurant, perched on the 52nd floor of the Prudential Tower. Jarausch, who grew up in Germany, spent time cooking in France and Switzerland before landing in the U. S. and, ultimately (after stints in St. Louis and D.C.), Boston. He was the Executive Chef at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel before moving on to open Seasons 52 in Burlington.
