The Taj is happy to announce the addition of executive chef Andrew Beer to their team. Beer has more than two decades of kitchen experience and will help build the Taj’s newly imagined fine-dining scene in tandem with specialty chef Gurminder Gidda (Beer’s New England fare will provide a culinary foil to Gidda’s Indian cuisine). In addition to stints in Vermont, Colorado and Las Vegas, Beer has spent time at Aquitaine, Upstairs on the Square and the Mandarin Oriental before taking the helm at the Taj.
