Chef Joe Guarino had bbq lovers in mind when he declared February the month of the baby back ribs at Red Rock Bistro. Fans of the other white meat will be making a beeline for the Swampscott eatery all month long to tuck into a half rack (accompanied by house-made corn bread, baked beans and coleslaw) for just $10. The special is available whenever the mood strikes, be it dinner, lunch or brunch – but it’s not available on Valentine’s Day weekend (February 12th-14th) so guests will have to get their fix elsewhere.
