For lunch, there’s the Alsace burger – a ground pork burger served on a slice of pate Perigourdine, atop white wine and juniper berry-braised sauerkraut and served with pomme frites for $15. For diners with a sweet tooth, there’s the dessert duo, which combines the signature chocolate kougelhopf with seasonal fruit crisps, housemade ice creams and pumpkin-hazelnut clafouti for $15.
