Pumpkin in the Seasonal Spotlight at Prezza

Prezza’s Seasonal Spotlight shines appropriately on pumpkin for the month of October. Throughout the year, chef-owner Anthony Caturano will be highlighting a favorite ingredient in a specially designed appetizer, entrée, dessert or cocktail – this month he features the ingredient-of-honor in an entrée of pumpkin ravioli with lobster in brown butter and sage. The Seasonal Spotlight rotates on a monthly basis so check back regularly (like every month or so) to see what Caturano’s got planned.
