The opening of a sister restaurant (Persephone in Boston’s Fort Point Channel), has done little to dim the glow around Lumière. The luminous little French bistro, with it elegant yet totally unpretentious dining room and menu of meticulously crafted French fare, still serves as a shining example of what a restaurant can be – it’s no wonder chef-owner Michael Leviton has been up for a Beard award four times.
