French Regional Cuisine Dinners at Aujourd’hui

From August 22nd through August 27th, join chef de cuisine Jérôme Legras for a survey of French regional cuisine via five-course prix fixe menus in the main dining room at Aujourd’hui. On Monday and Tuesday explore the cuisine and wines of the Loire Valley; on Wednesday and Thursday enjoy food and wine inspired by Provence; and on Friday and Saturday take a culinary tour of Bordeaux.
