West Coast Wines at Masona Grill

The partnership between Masona Grill and Blanchard’s Wines continues with a wine dinner on Tuesday, December 6th. This time, they’re highlighting the wines and cuisines of the Pacific Northwest with dishes like house-cured salmon gravlax with toasted apples and watercress; and grilled sirloin steak with wild mushroom ragout and giant lima beans, paired with the wines of the Columbia Valley.
