Forage goes au naturale with a visit from wine-maker France Crispeels on Wednesday, March 8th. She’ll be showcasing her natural wines, pouring bottles from her Vignoble Réveille winery to accompany a four-course menu from chef Eric Cooper. Plates like potato-leek soup and slow-roasted pork shoulder (smoked mushrooms, for the vegetarians in the crowd) will be matched by lively wines.
