Cantina Bolzano Dinner at Gufo

Get to know the wines of Cantina Bolzano – a wine co-op made up of 224 growers across 350 hectares in northern Italy – at Gufo. On Thursday, May 30th, the East Cambridge spot (sister to the Back Bay’s Salty Pig as well as SRV and Baleia in the South End) will be serving a progressive five-course menu from chef Griffin Boyle paired with bottles chosen by Cantina Bolzano’s Matthias Waldner including Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco 2021, ‘Laven’ Bianco 2022, ‘Hochkofler’ Riesling 2021, ‘Huck am Bach’ St. Magdalener 2022 and ‘Perl’ Lagrein 2021.
