Get some wine glasses clinking – literally – at Clink. on Wednesday, May 29th over a four-course dinner paired with wines from Rombauer Vineyards. Chefs Daniel Kenney, Shirley Kiu and company are pulling out all the best late spring ingredients to show off some lovely pours from the acclaimed St. Helena, California winery that is located just off the Silverado Trail, and you won’t want to miss a single swirl.

Check out the menu below, which kicks off at 6:30pm in the bar area of the eatery inside The Liberty Hotel with a glass of their Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and some passed bites of Sweet Shrimp Ceviche and Espelette Chips. Seated courses include Caramelized George’s Bank Scallops and Carved Dry Aged Sirloin, plus there’ll be a sweet finish with a Blackberry Double Chocolate Mousse Tart. Dinner costs $125 per person (plus a small fee) and you can save your seats here.
