The Loire Valley is both a great French appellation and one of the world’s most important wine making regions so it’s no surprise that the win-focued team at Forage have made it the subject of their next wine dinner. On Tuesday, May 30th, Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper will be rolling out a four-course meal accompanied by four outstanding Loire expressions. There’s an omnivore menu, with items like cured trout and roasted pork loin as well as a vegetarian option with marinated Heiwa tofu and Mycoterra shiitakes.
