Watch your some of your favorite Boston-based chefs duke it out Iron Chef-style at the Unidine Circle of Friends Gala on Thursday, March 1st. Culinary heavyweights Patrick Connolly of Radius, Chris Douglass of Icarus and Jamie Bissonnette of Eastern Standard will be given one surprise ingredient with which to create their best dish, which will then be put before a panel of celebrity judges from Boston’s political, entertainment and sports scenes. The evening’s festivities, which run from 6:00-10:00pm at the Cyclorama in the South End, benefit the Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, a non-profit, volunteer-based organization committed to relieving isolation and loneliness among more than 650 seniors in the Boston area.
