UNI x IWA Sake Tasting Menu

If you’re a big omakase fan you’re not going to want to miss the event of the season at UNI with a visit from Richard Geoffroy of IWA Sake on Wednesday, September 6th at 6:00pm. After serving as the fifth Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, Geoffroy left the iconic Champagne house to found IWA and pioneer a new craft of sake through assemblage and bottle maturation with his creation IWA 5. Chef David Bazirgan and sushi chef Tsuyoshi Takeishi will be serving up a special, luxury driven, intimate 10-course tasting menu to show off a mix of Geoffroy’s curated high-end pairings from IWA and Dom Pérignon, and you’d better book fast here if you want to partake because there are only 12 seats available. Dinner is $600 per person and includes all your food and beverage pairings, as well as tax, tip, and kitchen provision.
