Two Tour de Champagne Events

The Tour de Champagne is on its way back to Boston, bringing some of the best chefs together for two bubbly-fueled evenings at The Charles Hotel. First, on Thursday, February 26th there’s a preview dinner featuring a champagne and oyster reception, followed by a four-course New England shellfish dinner. The evening, tickets for which cost $125 each, gets underway at 6:00pm and includes the culinary artistry of chef Jody Adams of Rialto, Peter Davis of Henrietta’s Table, pastry chef Danny Angelopolis of The Charles Hotel, as well as special visiting chef Ryan Hardy of The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado and James Beard Award winning cookbook author Rowan Jacobsen. Then, on Saturday, March 14th the Tour de Champagne is finally in town. Enjoy a bevy of bubblies paired with delicious treats from spots like Aujourd’hui, Avila, Bonfire, Henrietta’s Table, Radius, Rialto, Sasso and UpStairs on the Square, among others. The event, which runs from 7:00 to 10:00pm will be followed from 9:30 to 11:30pm by the grand finale – the Fin de Soirée – featuring a dessert reception and of course, more champagne. Tickets to the event cost $115 per person or $150 for VIP entrance.
