Tuesday Night Supper Club at Persephone

Dinner at Persephone goes communal at their new Tuesday Night Supper Club. Chef-owner Michael Leviton and chef de cuisine Jeff Pond get guests together around one long table for twenty with a three-course dinner featuring the season’s finest (and freshest). The menu, which changes weekly, is available at two family-style seatings (6:00 and 8:30pm) and costs $40 per person – wine pairings are available for an additional $20 per person. Tuesday, October 21st – Butternut squash soup with roasted apples, pomegranate seeds and curried crème fraiche; Guinness-braised Northeast Farms beef shanks with celery root-parsnip puree and roasted carrots; and apple brown betty with maple molasses caramel sauce and malted vanilla ice cream.
