It’s time – time for Tremont 647 chef-owner and Hell’s Kitchen contestant Andy Husbands to defend his title of Tapas King at the Great Tapas Challenge. On Monday, November 15th, he faces fellow Hell’s Kitchen alum Jason Santos of Gargoyles on the Square and Matt Audette of Radius – both of whom are former Tremont 647 sous chefs. Each chef preps three plates which will then be judged (by patrons) on their relative culinary merits. Reserve one of the $47 tickets and help crown the 2010 Tapas Champion. The fun starts at 6:00pm.
