Sous Will Win?

Put on your judge’s hat and pick up your fork and knife for The Great Sous Chef Tapas Challenge. On Monday, January 18th, three sous chefs will go plate to plate in a battle of tapas wills. Chefs Mark Bestmann of Coppa and Nicco Muratore of Commonwealth will join Molly Dwyer on her home turf at Tremont 647. Each chef will serve up three tapas courses—featuring root vegetables, hake and pork, respectively—but only one will win. Tickets to the Challenge are $39 each and include pre-dinner passed appetizers, a complimentary cocktail, the competing dishes and the chance to vote for the best chef based on taste, presentation and creativity. The event runs 6:00-9:00pm and tickets are available online here.
