It takes roughly 10 hours to get from Boston to Italy by plane, but you can just hop in your car and head to Lexington for a quick tour of The Boot at Town Meeting Bistro’s next Supper Club on Wednesday, January 17th. Join chef Alissa Tsukakoshi and her team as they guide you on an interactive, hands-on cooking class to prepare four courses of authentic Italian flavors, then have a seat and enjoy the fruits of your labor – plus wine pairings. You’ll get your own signature apron to take home, plus plenty of time to ask questions throughout the class. The workshop costs $250 and includes all your instruction and materials, the food, some sips and snacks, apron, and the four-course, sit-down dinner.
