Tosca’s Five Course Tribute to J. Lohr

J Lohr wines get the royal treatment at Tosca on Thursday, March 13th, when chef Kevin Long designs a five-course menu to accompany an assortment of offerings from the Californian vineyard. On behalf of the J. Lohr, Richard Blatterman will be on hand to talk about the evening’s wines, while Long and his team send out courses like tender duck ragù with whole wheat gnocchette toasted with oregano and rosemary; and Painted Hills Farm beef tenderloin with sweet onion tart, spinach and candied shallot.
