To pay tribute to its namesake, Tosca is offering guests Tosca2 – a special evening of dining and opera. On Sunday, April 4th, join chef Kevin Long at Tosca for a special Prosecco reception starting at 1:00pm. At 2:00pm, transportation will be provided from Hingham to The Shubert Theatre, which is featuring Puccini’s Tosca – a tragic love story between a jealous opera singer, her convicted lover, and a scheming politician. Guests will enjoy dress circle seats at Tosca and a special post-theater dinner at 5:30pm once they have returned to Hingham. The five-course menu boasts artichoke friti with “Roman” dressing; hearts of romaine with wood oven dried tomatoes and black olives; handmade ricotta tortellini with parmigiano cream; sirloin steak with short rib “ufo” raviolo; and hot chocolate torta with cashew caramel, cashew cream, and cashew nougatine.
