Toast Spring at The Independent

Chef Mark Usewicz celebrates the arrival of spring at The Independent with a special champagne dinner on Thursday, March 27th. Usewicz will prepare a six course tasting menu featuring choices like truffled foie gras pate with quince and brioche; spicy marinated tuna with radish sprouts and blood orange or roulade of baby chicken with chorizo and wild mushrooms.
