World traveling sausage lovers (or those filled with sausage wanderlust) will want to check out Sausage Week 2017 at Bronwyn. Union Square’s wurst-master general, chef Tim Wiechmann, serves up a unique cased meat from around the globe every day from Tuesday, June 13th until Sunday, June 18th. Ready yourself for deliciousness like kasewurst, a Swiss pork sausage made with Emmantaler cheese, or the Kielbasa Pounder (which pretty much speaks for itself). All sausages are served with potatoes, sauerkraut and haus mustard, and supplies are limited, so get over there before the brats run out. To make a reservation call 617.776.9900.
