It’s out with the old and in with the new at Troquet’s annual summer wine sale, starting on Tuesday, June 25th. To make room for some new finds and favorites, wine guru/owner Chris Campbell is cleaning house (or cellar as the case may be) at his Theater District restaurant, which has twice been nominated for a James Beard award in the Outstanding Wine Program category (so they’ve probably got some pretty good bottles to choose from). He’ll be making bin ends and single bottles from the cellar available at a fraction of their regular price.
