Spring Wine Dinner at Aquitaine

Aquitaine, in conjunction with Fredrick Wildman and Sons, Ltd. present a spring wine dinner on Tuesday, April 22nd. Starting at 7:00pm, chef Seth Woods and his kitchen crew create five full courses including a crabmeat and endive salad with green apple and herb vinaigrette; crispy duck confit with rhubarb chutney, green garlic and pearl barley and braised lamb with fresh thyme, favas, baby fennel and chantenay carrots. The menu will be paired with carefully selected wines from the Wildman’s cellar. The price for the evening is $100 per person excluding tax and tip.
