Spend your spring weekends honing your culinary skills with James Beard Award-nominated chef Tracy Chang and the team at Pagu. Hot off their super popular mid-winter semester, Chang & Co. have released a new line-up of classes that cover some familiar topics as well as some new territory.

Reserve a seat in a Sushi 1.0 sesh to get schooled in the art of traditional sushi forms (nigiri, temaki rolls and makimono rolls) and sauces (yuzu white soy and tamari maple ginger), or sign on for a Hand-pulled Noodle Class and learn the ins and outs of noodle making including stretching and pulling. In Sushi 2.0, you can expand your repertoire with even more sushi forms (Inarizushi, Oshizushi, and Uramaki rolls) as well as foams and sauces, or explore a totally different cuisine type in Spanish Tapas Class where you’ll learn how to prepare a feast of snacks (aka pintxos) alongside classic dishes like paella and tortilla española.

Check out the schedule below to see what’s in store and click through online here to reserve your seat. Classes run from 12:00-2:00pm on most Saturdays and Sundays, and cost $119 per person. Each session is capped at 15 students per class so you’ll have plenty of face time with Chang to ask questions, and you don’t need any prior cooking experience to attend. And of course, there’ll be plenty of good eats to try and take home.
