If you didn’t think the stunning patio at Woods Hill Pier 4 could get any better, what with all the panoramic water views, wait until you pull up a barstool at this year’s Sipsmith Gin Pop Up. Starting Thursday, July 27th the premium gin distillers will be once again setting up shop outdoors at Kristin Canty’s Seaport outpost with a curated list of distinctive cocktails to make your summer a little bit extra special.

Head to 300 Pier Four Boulevard any evening before sunset to try out limited edition cocktails made with Sipsmith’s London Dry, Lemon Drizzle, and Strawberry Smash gins. If you’re feeling a little snacky, treat yourself to chef Charles Foster’s classic caviar service with warm popovers, chives, crème fraiche, shallot — perfect with a Lemon Drizzle G&T; or perhaps a shellfish tower with lobster salad, citrus cured fluke, oysters, littleneck clams, steamed mussels with old bay aioli, poached shrimp, and crab salad (and yes, you should add 30g caviar).

The Sipsmith bar is open until sunset (around 9:00pm), and it’s only around until Saturday, August 5th, so there’s no time like the present to get down to the waterfront for a cocktail. Sating is first-come, first-served, and there will be a swanky soiree to kick off the season on Wednesday, July 26th if you want a sneak peek (check out more info here).
