Sel de la Terre Oyster Festival

Celebrate spring with a bevy of bivalves at Sel de la Terre Natick‘s Oyster Festival on Monday, April 11th. Island Creek Oysters‘s C.J. Husk will make the trip out to lead diners through a tasting of six different types of the featured shellfish. To keep the deliciousness going, chef Daniel Bojorquez will then serve a family style dinner of roast suckling pig, baked beans, collards, slaw and strawberry rhubarb cobbler.
