Rustic Italian Redux Class at Coriander

Chef-owner Kevin Crawley takes a less is more approach in Rustic Italian Redux, his upcoming cooking tutorial at Coriander Bistro. Sign up for the class and you’ll learn how to prepare three crowd-pleasing classics – scampi caldo with risotto; chicken carozella with wild mushrooms and lemon; and fresh made biscotti served with a unique house-churned gelato.
