Starting on Monday, March 12th, there’ll be a sudsy showdown in Davis Square every evening as barrel-aged beers go head to head in a week-long bash of mash-ups. For the third year running, Rosebud American Kitchen and Bar will be inviting reps from different breweries over for a hang from 5:00-7:00pm so you can pop on in to chat, ask questions and hear all about their beer-related adventures. For his part, chef John Delpha will be adding some ale-inspired eats to the offerings including a short rib melt, smoked-braised beef short ribs, stout donuts and pretzels with beer cheese.
