Rocca Goes Crazy for Squash

Rocca pays homage to all those noble gourds who gave so selflessly of themselves so that we, the grateful public, may have a happy harvest season. In this spirit of squash, chef Tom Fosnot will prepare a three-course and passed antipasti meal filled with these humble vegetables, showcasing them in all their glory – and don’t worry, there will be no marshmallows in sight. The delicious fun, scheduled for Thursday, November 12th, begins with a 6:00pm reception and graduates to a 7:00pm family style communal dinner.
