If you’re in the know, you know that sparkling wine isn’t just for special occasions. The Puritan & Co. peeps are a part of the “bubbles-anytime club,” too, and you can rub shoulders with all the city’s coolest sparkling wine fanatics at their Risky Fizzness wine tasting party on Wednesday, January 24th. Get done up in your best 80s ‘fit and get over to Inman Square from 6:00 to 9:00pm to rock out to a totally rad soundtrack and taste more than 40 bottles of bubbly wines from around the world including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco and more.

Bring an appetite because chef Will Gilson and the posse will have an over-the-top menu of reinvented 80s-era bites like mortadella Hot Pockets, Eggo waffles with caviar and creme fraiche, and passion fruit Gushers to snack on as you work your way through the room. There’ll also be plenty of Topo Chico on hand to keep you hydrated and your palate cleansed. Tickets are $75 per person and you can snag them here. Your tickets include all your wine tasting and food, but it’s up to you to bring that totally authentic 80s vibe, so select your spandex and neon carefully.
