Got a kiddo who wants ‘za at every meal? Posto has the ultimate experience for the young chefs-in-training in your life. On Saturday, March 9th, head chef Juan Perez will lead a Kids’ Pizza Making class from 1:30-3:00pm at the Davis Square hotspot. Each young’un (ages 5-12) will get their own chef coat and hat, plus instructions to knead, stretch and throw the dough. Then after creating their pizza, they can watch their creation bake to perfection in Posto’s wood-burning oven. Chef Perez will end the class on a sweet note with a hands-on cannoli making session, so everyone is sure to leave satisfied.
